You'd need the Personified Physique if you agree with some or all of the following:
- You want a new way of assisting you in achieving your #1 goal.
- You like to move! You're not the type that enjoys sitting around. It's just a part of WHO YOU ARE to move your body!
- You like to shift the way you think about yourself and find it empowering to see yourself in a new light. You innately believe that changing the way you view yourself can propel you into a new way of being and doing.
- You like to try new things and you don't get embarrassed easily. You're innately that kind of person that is like: "Hey! That looks interesting. Let me try!"
- Deep down you know that your mind influences your body and your body influences your mind and that many of your most valuable personal assets are invisible......at least at first!
- And lastly.....you enjoy thinking in layers/dimensions or would love to learn to think in a multi-faceted way that is deep and powerful. You also have a sense that the greatest artists, philosophers and scientists have achieved what they have achieved because they know how to think from a variety of different perspectives, paradigms and dimensions and that makes them very POWERFUL!
- All of the above plus you're ready for a hell of a good time!
Achieving your #1 goal no matter what it is right now is a BIG deal. The more you achieve goals the more you gain confidence in yourself to create in the physical world and that is VERY IMPORTANT! But it's also a big deal to just know what your #1 goal is right now! Many people go through life and never really pinpoint their biggest most ambitious goal. So what's yours? If it doesn't come to your mind immediately then take a day, a week or even a month to consider it. You may think of 5-6 goals that you want to accomplish now but choose the one you want the most. If after a period of time you still aren't sure I have some questions to help you narrow the field and state your goal.
You Like to Move!
Some people aren't the type who enjoy sitting around! We try to meditate and we get something out of it but mostly we crave action. We get inspiration when we walk and our best ideas come after we dance or play sports or workout. We love the feeling of our bodies and the textures of the world!
You Enjoy Paradigm Shifts
Maybe you've realized this but when your paradigm shifts EVERYTHING shifts. If, for example, you are developing more body awareness but still have the same paradigm that some bodies are beautiful and some are ugly then you've developed body awareness but are continuing to look at your body as better or worse than others. This is a paradigm that you may want to shift as you develop the body awareness so that you can see the beauty in every aspect of your body and discover the clues and discoveries that pain are meant to provide.
You've received an "Most Improved" award more times than you can count and everyone knows you as an adventurer or as someone with courage. To you, experience is far more valuable than money. Seeing even the new shade of a color or hearing a new kind of sound gives you thrills. You're the type who is simply willing to try.
Mind/Body and Body/Mind
Deep down you're convinced (regardless of scientific facts for or against the concept) that your mind and body are connected and affect each other. You know you can change your body by changing your mind and that you can change your mind by changing your body.
Thinking in Layers
In the Personified Physique we are always thinking in layers. During the warm-up we are thinking about shaking off old paradigms and old notions we no longer need; during the alignment session we are thinking about alignment with the "word" that represents our goal (learn more about this word); during the movement session you'll be exploring various principles that come from the "word" such as "direction," rhythm" "planes of movement," and many more and during the pose session you'll let it all go as you meditate in the pose that represents the persona you're developing and releasing. And finally, you'll stop thinking in layers as you plan VERY EASY ways to make this persona come out in your real life.

One Hell of a Good Time
If what you're doing isn't fun and beautiful, and you want fun and beautiful, then don't do it! One of my goals for the Personified Physique is to bring a sense of fun and wonder to our movement every time.
