Step #1: You choose one goal that is all about you. This goal cannot depend on anyone else or involve expectations of others. This goal is something that you want to accomplish.....for your growth, development, personal progression and happiness.

Step #3: I take your word and create---if the video isn't available already---a series of movements, poses and mental awareness exercises that you complete in approximately 45-minutes.
Step #4: I then train you in the application of this characteristic or attribute for real-life scenarios. This is the easiest and most exciting part of the method. And the best thing about it is that we make it EASY!
Step #5: You begin to see change in your life (probably immediately if you are consistent* in working through steps#3-5 enough that the characteristic is becoming something you're aware of on a daily basis. You’ll see physical, mental and social changes. You may be amazed and how incredibly fast you can develop what you didn’t know you had!
